Cluster Housing Initiative
The Cluster Housing initiative provides long-term accommodation with lifestyle support in purpose designed housing for individuals who have an intellectual or a cognitive disability and high and complex physical or healthcare support needs.
A non-government service provider will manage and operate the service. The initiative aims to:
- create a flexible home environment with support services including personal care
- promote independent living skills
- provide health care planning and support to maintain the wellbeing of the individual
- provide active support to enable individuals to participate in their community.
