DSQ Funding Agreement
The Funding Agreement replaces the General Service Agreement (GSA) between Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) and funded non-government service providers.
The Funding Agreement:
- establishes the relationship between DSQ and a service provider
- forms part of the accountability framework
- reflects the provisions of the Disability Services Act 2006.
Once complete, the Funding Agreement forms a legal contract between DSQ and a service provider and sets out the obligations of each party under the contract.
A copy of the DSQ Funding Agreement is available from the Principal Program Officer in DSQ offices throughout the State.
