Accessing support and services
We provide funding to approved service providers who in turn provide services and supports to individuals, their families and carers.
Application forms and guides are available for people with a disability to apply for support and services.

Who is eligible to receive services?
In order to access services an individual or family must be eligible. The Eligibility Policy and Procedures details who is eligible to receive services.

Applying for support (individuals and families)
Currently, individuals apply for Disability Services Queensland services and individualised funding programs through the DSQ Application for Support. Over time, a single application process will also apply to funded services delivered by non-government service providers.
