Home and Community Care Queensland Triennial Plan 2008-2011 (PDF 3.6 MB)

Under the agreement with the Commonwealth, Disability Services Queensland produces a Triennial Plan for the Home and Community Care Program. This plan describes, in broad terms, the strategic direction of the program over the triennium as well as how the joint Commonwealth-state funding will be dispersed across Queensland and across a variety of services and initiatives.
