Applying for support
Application for Support launched on 3 December 2007
People with a disability can now apply to receive specialist disability services from Disability Services Queensland using the new single Application for Support.
This new streamlined process means applicants no longer have to work out which Disability Services Queensland programs to apply for.
The new form will help the department better understand people’s individual needs, and determine their eligibility as quickly as possible.
