Applying for support

People with a disability can apply to receive specialist disability services from Disability Services Queensland using the single Application for Support.

Introduced in December 2007, this new streamlined process means applicants no longer have to work out which Disability Services Queensland programs to apply for.

The new form will help the department better understand people's individual needs, and determine their eligibility as quickly as possible.
