New website now available for NGOs
If you are a community organisation looking for ways to streamline your daily operations, then visit the Community Door website.
The Community Door is a 'one-stop shop' that provides the latest tools, resources and information for managing human resources, finances, marketing, administration and many other everyday tasks.
The website has been developed as part of the Strengthening Non-Government Organisations Strategy for community services organisations, with input from the sector.
Centacare consultant Kerry Rowland participated in user testing and is enthusiastic about the site.
"Having access to such a variety of tools and information in the one spot is really useful," she says.
"There is also an online forum which a great way for community organisations to network and to find out what's going on in the sector."
