WOW - what is Cerebral Palsy League Queensland doing now?

Help is on the way for people with cerebral palsy through the new WOW program - Walk in Our World. The Cerebral Palsy League Queensland program aims to help businesses identify gaps in key areas of customer service and address difficulties that people with a disability experience from service staff.

The program uses feedback from Mystery Shop, a business dedicated to research in the activity of shopping, to assess customer service and product accessibility.

The league is also running WOW training to help educate businesses and their employees about how to provide services to shoppers with a disability.
