Financial assistance

Disability Services Queensland is committed to providing ongoing support to all services recurrently funded or provided by the department.

Financial assistance helps service providers meet the costs of implementing and maintaining their quality management systems. This is currently provided by:

• service development grants to help with the development and implementation of internal quality management systems
• certification cost grants to help meet costs associated with external certification audit
• maintenance cost grants to help meet costs associated with external maintenance audits. 

Service providers should contact the community resource officer at their local Disability Services Queensland office to discuss the range of financial assistance available to their service.
