Audit-trained Service User Summary Report

Helen Wood from TMS Consulting was engaged by the Disability Sector Quality System team to conduct an independent, confidential survey of audit-trained service users (ATSU).

The survey explored the ATSU's volume of work, capacity and capability to fulfil their role on the audit team, relationships with their certification body and ongoing support needs. All audit-trained service users who attended the department's awareness-raising workshop were invited to participate.

The Audit-trained Service User Summary Report outlines the key findings and opportunities identified from the survey.
