Download help
Information on the DSQ web site is provided in a number of formats, including Portable Document Format (PDF).
Opening PDFs
To view and/or print PDF documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Access free software from the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon below. This will take you to the Adobe web site.
If you are experiencing problems opening a PDF, try saving it to your computer before opening:
- Display the shortcut menu (eg Mouse right click or keyboard Shift F10 on the link)
- Select "Save Target As" from the drop-down menu
- Browse to the computer directory where you want the file saved
- Select "Save"
You can then access the PDF by opening the file in your directory, or by opening it from within the Acrobat Reader software.
Converting PDFs to text
Some PDF documents can be converted easily into text by Adobe's PDF to text conversion tool. This tool allows people without the Adobe Acrobat program to open the document.
Alternative formats
Copies of Disability Services Queensland publications are available by request in a range of alternative formats.
