The CSTDA Data Services team can be contacted through the Helpline and can arrange on-site visits by Regional Support Officers to provide further assistance or to participate in relevant forums. You may also complete and fax the attached training request form (Word 65 kB).

Self-paced training materials are available to help an agency with the process of collecting and providing data about their service users to Disability Services Queensland (DSQ).
