Monitoring and evaluation
A yearly progress report on the implementation of this plan will be developed in consultation with key stakeholders and published on the Disability Services Queensland website.
At the conclusion of the plan a final evaluation report will assess how the plan has produced positive outcomes for carers in Queensland.
