Building supportive communities grantApplications for 2009 grants are now open.
Community organisations throughout Queensland will share in $200 000 to promote disability awareness and action during 2009.
Each year, the Building Supportive Communities Grants program supports community members and organisations to carry out a project that welcomes people with a disability into everyday life.
Grants of up to $5,000 are available to support local activities and community projects.
Applications close 30 April 2009.
