Legislation
Disability Services Queensland is responsible for administering the following legislation:
- Disability Services Act 2006 – new disability services legislation was passed by Queensland Parliament in March 2006
- Guide Dogs Act 1972– this Act is under review as part of the Assistance Dogs and Guide Dogs Review
