Introducing the People Capability Framework

The portfolio wide People Capability Framework is a resource that assists the selection and development of people at all levels of the portfolio. It helps identify the skills and attributes that are required in our emerging organisational environment. The People Capability Framework is a first step towards realigning the capabilities of our people. The People Capability Framework identifies nationally consistent broad generic capabilities needed to contribute to our reputation for excellence in service delivery.

The People Capability Framework is based on the Australian Public Service Commission's Integrated Leadership System and has been endorsed for whole of government implementation by the Public Service Commission.
